3.2. Each case will be shipped with an individual invoice. A monthly statement reflecting all individual invoices for that each month will be generated in the beginning of the following month. All monthly statements must be paid in full within thirty (30) days of invoice date without deduction or setoff. We accept payment via check or direct deposit.

4.1. We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
4.2. We are not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during shipping.
