To send a file through iTero:

1. Please add California Dental Studio to your doctor’s system. To do so, kindly contact iTero at (800)577-8767 and provide them with our account number (LAB ID# 228645).

2. Transmit a case through the iTero inbox.

3. Kindly fill out your order on iTero digital portal.

To send a file through 3Shape Communicate:

1. Ensure that your doctors are registered with a 3Shape Communicate account at the time of scanner installation.

2. Send a Connection Request from the 3Shape Communicate account to California Dental Studio.

3. Transmit a case through the Trios Inbox.

4. Kindly fill out your order on Trios digital portal.
